AI: What’s in it for ME?
Isn’t that what you really want to know? What can AI do for me? Well, we’ll get to that.
This much is certain. AI will make for dramatic change. It is estimated that two-thirds of all jobs will change because of it. Maybe more. And sooner than we think.
Viewing AI as another option in your toolbox is the way to approach things. No, it won’t give you a million-dollar business, but it could speed things up and streamline how you connect with your audience.
Alrightly then, how can AI help my marketing NOW?
Here’s a list for starters.
AI can help in drafting bulk group of posts or tweets that you can then fine tune.
Or write a newsletter or a blog post or a case study or a script or song lyrics. Or – what do YOU need?
Use AI to help create a marketing plan, in fact it can define just what a marketing plan is. Or give it a paragraph or an outline and voila! A business plan.
You can zero in on your ideal client and figure out the best media to reach those prospects. Ask AI how those clients think. Ask how often you should be reaching out. All strategy questions.
All these are the types of things where AI really comes into its own. You then add the final finishing touches by making use of the all-important human touch that isn’t going anywhere in a hurry.
Here is what to watch out for
AI isn’t necessarily accurate and has been known to make up facts. But even in the short time of its existence, AI has learned to tell us many times when it is fabricating. You’ll need to check for accuracy and use your common sense. But isn’t this better than starting with a plain white sheet of paper?
How do I organize all this!
Garbage in, garbage out. Heard that before? Same with AI. The more good input, the better the output. So here is where to put your effort. Organize and describe exactly what you are looking for. Enter. Step back. Here it comes!
Wait! How do I get going?
First of all, AI is an umbrella term. Easiest place to start, go to your browser and type in “Chat gPT” which is one of many ways to get to the writing and thinking part of AI. Then create an account – the free one works just fine for starters – follow the prompts and you are good to go. And if you would like some handholding or in-depth assistance, let us know. We’d love to help. That’s what we do. And the first 20 minutes are on us. Marketing101Essentials@gmail.com
